Join Clinton Vineyards for an evening of fine food and fine wine at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Clinton Vineyards will pour wines for attendees who will take part in a progressive dinner at all three of the school’s award-winning restaurants on July 21, 2014 starting at 6:00 PM.
The event is presented by The Culinary Institute of America and USA TODAY Travel and includes a “Meet the Chefs Reception” and “A Moveable Feast” at The Bocuse Restaurant, American Bounty and Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici. This unique culinary event features cuisine prepared with locally-sourced, farm-to-table ingredients. Each course is paired with a Hudson Valley wine.
